Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce our paper bag products.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams regarding customer requirements and orders.
- Handle customer questions professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Identify potential business opportunities and pass qualified leads to the sales team.

Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Ability to convince and engage customers professionally.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role is preferred but freshers can also apply.
- Knowledge of the local language(s) will be an advantage.
