Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-oriented Relationship Officer to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for building book size as per assigned targets for the branch/area through effective sales operations across the customer lifecycle, including Sourcing, Approval, Servicing, and Collections.
- Conduct regular field visits within the assigned area for customer sourcing, lead generation, customer meetings, verification, follow-ups, servicing, and collections.
- Generate new business through field visits, market visits, referrals, and other sourcing channels to maintain a sufficient sourcing funnel.
- Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Manage the complete customer lifecycle from customer acquisition to approval, servicing, and collections.
- Ensure revenue generation and profitability as per the desired levels and assigned targets.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Manage solutions and transactions end-to-end, ensuring timely service and resolution of customer requirements.
- Ensure adequate credit quality monitoring of new acquisitions and follow company credit and risk guidelines.
- Monitor the assigned portfolio and ensure proper portfolio management and quality.
- Conduct regular field follow-ups and collections to ensure timely repayments and maintain portfolio quality.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales reports, collection reports, and portfolio reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, processes, documentation, and operational guidelines.
- Achieve assigned branch/area targets while maintaining customer satisfaction, portfolio quality, revenue generation, and profitability.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
