About the Role
As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager in the Marketing function, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, manage a team of digital marketers, and identify growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis. This role requires a blend of leadership, analytical thinking, and creativity to drive impactful digital campaigns and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives across channels.
Collaborate with internal departments to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support business goals.
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive.




Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies and vendors.
Design and implement brand marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduation in any discipline.
Post-graduation in MBA or any.
Experience
Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Skills and Attributes
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and performance metrics.
Proven experience in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into action.
