Role Description The Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, responsible for overseeing quality standards across all stages of construction projects. This position involves planning and implementing QA/QC procedures, carrying out inspections of materials and workmanship, and ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. The role includes conducting regular site audits, documenting non-conformities, coordinating corrective actions with project and site teams, and maintaining accurate quality records and reports.





The engineer will collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to drive continuous improvement, mitigate quality risks, and support timely project delivery while upholding Mehta Realty’s commitment to high-quality construction.

Qualifications

- Strong Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills, including development and implementation of QA/QC plans.
- Experience in Inspection and Quality Auditing of civil and structural works at construction sites.
- Knowledge of Quality Management principles, standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to real estate and construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; advanced certifications in QA/QC or quality management are an advantage.
- Proven experience in a senior QA/QC role within the construction or real estate industry, preferably in residential or mixed-use projects.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and relevant codes, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders in office.
- Proficiency in documentation, report writing, and use of basic QA/QC tools and software; familiarity with safety and compliance practices.
