Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Product Specialist role based in Bengaluru.

The Senior Product

Specialist will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand product requirements, demonstrate solutions, and provide expert guidance on 42Gears offerings, including SureMDM and AstroFarm. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demos, responding to technical and functional queries, collaborating with sales and customer success teams, and supporting proof-of-concept implementations. The role involves analyzing customer use cases, mapping them to product capabilities, gathering feedback,



and coordinating with product management to influence roadmap and enhancements.

The Senior Product

Specialist will also contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content to improve customer experience and internal enablement.

Qualifications

- Strong product specialist capabilities, including experience in product demonstrations, requirement gathering, and solution mapping.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret customer needs, evaluate technical scenarios, and derive data-driven recommendations.
- Clear and effective communication skills for engaging with customers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to manage inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales-support skills, including pre-sales consulting, proposal support, and collaboration with sales teams on opportunities.
- Experience with SaaS or enterprise software products; familiarity with mobility, endpoint management, or IT security solutions is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
