- 12+ years of PLM consulting experience.

- Robust High-Tech / Electronics industry background.

- Experience with product development processes including:
- Part Management

- BOM Management

- Configuration Management

- Change & Release Management

- Supplier Collaboration

- Quality & Compliance

- CAD / Engineering Data Management

- Experience performing enterprise PLM assessments, operating model reviews, and transformation roadmaps.

- Ability to benchmark current-state processes against High-Tech industry best practices.

- Experience presenting recommendations to VP/CXO-level stakeholders.

- Strong business consulting and process transformation skills beyond tool implementation expertise.

- Exposure to PLM transformation programs involving 3DEXPERIENCE and CAD applications.

- Ability to perform capability assessments and fit-gap analysis against industry best practices.

Note:

This is more of a business process and operating model assessment than a tool implementation exercise. Therefore, strong functional and domain consulting capability will be critical.
