Role Description The Senior Planner will be responsible for overseeing project planning activities for residential real estate developments in the Pune District. This full-time role includes preparing project schedules, defining milestones, and coordinating with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely project execution.

The Senior

Planner will monitor progress against plans, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities include managing planning documentation, producing regular reports and dashboards for leadership,



and supporting risk identification and mitigation strategies. The role also involves collaborating with external consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools (such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and the ability to develop realistic, resource-based timelines.
- Experience with construction and real estate development processes, including coordination with design, engineering, procurement, and site execution teams.
- Ability to analyze project data, track key performance indicators, prepare status reports, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of risk management, cost control fundamentals, and basic contract and regulatory requirements in real estate projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and on-site teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a structured approach to planning and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban/Regional Planning, or a related field; advanced qualifications or professional certifications in project planning or management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a planning role within real estate or infrastructure projects in the Pune region or similar markets is preferred.
