Role summary:

Job Title: Manager - Media Planning (Mainline)

Location: Gurugram

Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate with 4–7 years of relevant agency experience in offline/mainline media planning. Candidates with strong experience handling large-scale campaigns and client relationships preferred.

Role Overview

Dentsu is looking for a Senior Manager – Media Planning to lead and manage offline/mainline media planning across TV, Print and Radio for key clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated TV, Print & Radio media plans aligned with client objectives.
- Lead media strategy, audience profiling, media selection,



budgeting and negotiations.
- Analyze market, consumer and media research to identify effective media opportunities.
- Manage campaign planning, execution, monitoring and post-campaign analysis.
- Work closely with clients, media partners and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Prepare media recommendations, presentations, performance reports and actionable insights.
- Manage budgets, timelines and campaign KPIs.
- Stay updated on media trends, industry developments and competitive activity.

Required Skills & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Experience: 4–7 years of relevant agency experience in offline/mainline media planning. Candidates with strong experience handling large-scale campaigns and client relationships preferred.
- Strong expertise in TV, Print & Radio media planning
