⚡ This is NOT just a Social Media role.
It is a Department Head position with complete ownership of strategy, budgets, performance, technology and a 10–15 member team.
? You will lead:
- Performance Marketing – Meta & Google Ads
- Website, SEO & Digital Infrastructure
- Marketing Automation & Donor Journeys
- Social Media & Content
- Online Reputation Management
- Analytics, Tracking & Digital Fundraising
- Agency & Vendor Management
- Team Building, KRAs & Department Strategy
? What we’re looking for:
✅ 8+ years of digital marketing experience
✅ 4+ years leading teams of 8+ members
✅ Robust hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
✅ ₹5 Cr+ cumulative paid media spend managed directly
✅ Strong knowledge of SEO, GA4, GTM & website management
✅ Experience with marketing automation & CRM integration
✅ Excellent Hindi & English communication
✅ Willingness to be based in Udaipur, Rajasthan
? NGO / Healthcare / CSR / Social Sector / Digital Fundraising experience will be an added advantage.
