We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer with minimum 5 years experience in plastic injection moulding process with strong technical expertise to manage maintenance operations at our plastic parts manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring optimal machine performance, handling electrical/electronic/mechanical/hydraulic systems, and maintaining plant infrastructure and ancillary equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance activities

✅ Troubleshoot machine failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions

✅ Handle maintenance for electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems

✅ Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

✅ Maintain and service plant/building and ancillary equipment

✅ Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation

✅ Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry practices





Qualifications :

✍️ Diploma or BE in Engineering

✍️ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a plastic part manufacturing company processing through plastic injection moulding.

✍️ Experience in plastic part manufacturing using plastic injection moulding process is mandatory.

✍️ Expertise in electrical, electronics, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
