Role Description The Senior Management Consultant will work full time on-site in Telangana, Canada, leading consulting engagements related to immigration services and business operations. The role involves analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategic solutions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. The consultant will collaborate with leadership to design and implement business processes, support financial decision-making, and optimize resource allocation.

Daily responsibilities include stakeholder communication, preparation of reports and presentations, monitoring key performance indicators,



and ensuring that consulting recommendations align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. The position also includes mentoring team members and supporting the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies across the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate business performance, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Management Consulting and Consulting experience to lead client engagements, develop strategies, and drive implementation of recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to understand budgeting, cost analysis, and financial impacts of operational changes.
- Candidates should possess Business Process expertise to map workflows, streamline operations, and improve overall efficiency.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in a senior consulting or advisory role, preferably in services or professional consulting firms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work in office in Telangana, India, with a collaborative and ethical approach to client service.
