PROJECT OVERVIEW The project focuses on delivering modern cloud-based integrations within a large enterprise Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The work centres around improving communication services, identity management, and secure data exchange using Microsoft technologies. You will contribute to building scalable and secure integrations across Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Active Directory, supporting enterprise-level transformation initiatives in the banking domain.

You will work within a distributed team that includes developers, architects, and platform specialists. The team collaborates closely with security, infrastructure, and governance stakeholders to deliver compliant and production-ready solutions across environments.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior M365 Developer with strong Exchange Online expertise to support the design and delivery of enterprise-grade integrations within a Microsoft 365 environment. In this role, you will work with Microsoft Graph API, identity and access management, and cloud integration patterns to deliver secure and scalable solutions. You will contribute across the full lifecycle — from design and development to production deployment and ongoing operational support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and implement integrations using Microsoft Graph API and Exchange Online services
- Develop and support solutions integrating Microsoft Teams and messaging platforms
- Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra)



application registrations and permission models
- Implement secure authentication mechanisms, including certificate-based authentication
- Design cloud-native integration patterns aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Support migration activities from on-premises systems to Exchange Online
- Collaborate with security and governance teams to ensure compliance with approval processes
- Handle multiple integration requests and prioritise delivery across parallel streams
- Support deployment processes from test to production environments
- Provide post-production support and ensure reliable operations

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Graph API
- Hands-on experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams integrations
- Experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra), including app registrations and identity integration
- Understanding of application and delegated permission models
- Experience implementing secure authentication, including certificate-based approaches
- Experience designing cloud-based integrations within M365 environments
- Knowledge of migration processes from on-premises to cloud-based Exchange solutions
- Experience working across the full delivery lifecycle, including testing, production, and support phases
- Understanding of governance frameworks and secure design principles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and integration streams simultaneously

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience working within regulated enterprise environments (banking/financial services preferred)
- Familiarity with security approval processes and change governance frameworks
- Experience applying least privilege and permission scoping principles
- Experience supporting large-scale Microsoft 365 environments
