About the Opportunity

Orbit Global HR Consultants LLP is hiring a Senior Key Account Manager – QSR Sales for a rapidly growing organization operating in QSR furniture, commercial dining furniture and rollout solutions.

The role is ideal for an experienced B2B Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development professional with strong exposure to QSR brands, restaurant chains, commercial furniture, interior fit-outs, building materials or allied industries.

The selected candidate will be responsible for growing existing key accounts, generating repeat business, upselling, managing QSR rollout programs and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with major QSR and commercial dining clients
- Identify account expansion and upselling opportunities
- Drive repeat business and incremental store allocations
- Develop new QSR, café, casual dining and food-service accounts
- Introduce new brands within existing client portfolios
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, procurement teams and project stakeholders
- Prepare initial commercial proposals and participate in costing discussions
- Track sales pipeline, projects, follow-ups and opportunities
- Coordinate with internal production and design teams
- Monitor project timelines and resolve execution bottlenecks
- Support commercial negotiations and collection follow-ups
- Work closely with leadership on strategic account-growth initiatives
