About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead to join our engineering team. This is a hands-on development role with leadership responsibilities, requiring strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and backend system design. The ideal candidate should be capable of mentoring junior developers while actively contributing to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and support Microservices-based architectures with a focus on reliability and maintainability.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Implement and manage build processes using Gradle.
- Design and optimize database schemas, SQL queries, and data models.
- Leverage AWS cloud services for application deployment, monitoring, and scalability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and drive technical improvements.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and guide junior developers while providing technical leadership.
