Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer (Tech Lead) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The role is hands-on while also providing technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and driving best practices. Core stack includes Java, Spring Boot microservices, and AWS cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, high-performing applications using Java and Spring Boot

- Build and manage microservices-based architectures with a focus on reliability and scalability
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and JPA/Hibernate
- Implement and manage build and deployment processes using Gradle
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data structures
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Leverage AWS cloud services for deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and system challenges
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for junior developers
- Drive adoption of best practices in coding standards, architecture, and design patterns
- All other duties as assigned





Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (8 or above) in enterprise application development
- Proven experience building Spring Boot microservices architectures
- Experience working with JPA/Hibernate
- Hands-on experience using Gradle for build automation
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
- Solid knowledge of SQL, database design, and performance optimization
- Working knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to lead and mentor development teams
