We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Policy and Compliance Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform. The role focuses on Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a robust focus on IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements and enhance platform capabilities.
- Provide deep technical expertise on ServiceNow IRM, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalable architecture.
- Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow and automation.




- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Testing teams, and process owners to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation such as design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and production support for ServiceNow issues with minimal business impact.
- Identify opportunities for process and tooling improvements, ensuring security, performance, and compliance standards are met.
- Design end-to-end solutions, enhance configurations, and support rollout of new applications and modules.
- Follow continuous improvement and Agile best practices, including risk identification and implementation of appropriate authentication mechanisms.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases, best practices, and industry trends, and apply them to improve existing solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, specifically Policy & Compliance Management.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including BAs, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of security, performance optimization, and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification – Mandatory.
