Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development to on-site execution, ensuring that all spaces are functional, aesthetically aligned with client needs, and delivered to high quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding requirements, preparing design concepts, space plans, and mood boards, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors. The role involves reviewing and refining construction drawings, selecting materials and finishes, overseeing FF&E; specifications, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Designer will mentor junior designers, uphold Truww’s design guidelines,



and ensure design details are implemented accurately on site. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong interior design skills, including Interior Design and Architecture, with a solid portfolio of residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and aesthetics in various types of interiors.
- Ability to prepare and interpret detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for smooth execution on site.
- Experience with FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with vendors.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of relevant qualified experience in design firms or similar environments.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools) and familiarity with material libraries and industry standards.
- Solid client communication, project management, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers.
