Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, working on-site at the Worli office in a full time capacity. This role involves developing design concepts, space planning, and integrating architectural lighting solutions into interior schemes for commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and other specialized environments.

The Senior Interior

Designer will prepare and review construction drawings, select FF&E;, coordinate with architects, lighting designers, engineers, and contractors,



and ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include client presentations, design documentation, material and product research, and oversight of junior designers and external vendors. The role also requires adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining alignment with The Ministry Of Light’s design philosophy.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Solid understanding of Architecture and its integration with interior and lighting design.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination for diverse project types.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Strong skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and presentation tools.
- Ability to lead project teams, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and design quality.
- Experience with lighting-focused projects or collaboration with lighting consultants is highly beneficial.
