Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead design projects from concept through completion, including client consultations, concept development, space planning, and detailed interior design documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design presentations, coordinating FF&E; selections, overseeing construction drawings, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is met. The role involves managing project timelines, guiding junior designers, reviewing in office work, and resolving design and coordination issues during execution.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Solapur, requiring regular site visits,



client meetings, and close coordination with the project team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Space Planning and Architecture coordination to develop functional layouts aligned with building constraints.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution.
- Candidates should possess strong design visualization skills, including competency with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, client management, and team leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior designers.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in managing end-to-end interior projects.
- Knowledge of local building codes, construction processes, and vendor coordination in Solapur or similar markets is beneficial.
