Role Description The Senior Human Resources Generalist is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune District, responsible for supporting and strengthening HR operations across the organization. This role manages end-to-end HR processes, including employee lifecycle activities, performance management, and implementation of HR policies aligned with company objectives and local regulations. The Senior HR Generalist will oversee benefits administration, support payroll inputs, and ensure accurate employee records and documentation.

Daily responsibilities include advising managers on HR matters, handling employee relations and grievance resolution,



coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting talent acquisition and onboarding. The role collaborates with leadership to drive a positive, inclusive workplace culture, support compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience handling generalist responsibilities across the employee lifecycle.
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain HR Policies that align with organizational goals and comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including coordination with vendors and communication of policies to employees.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools, basic payroll processes, and HR analytics for reporting and decision support.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a technology, healthcare, or MedTech organization, and exposure to scaling HR processes in a growing company, is preferred.
