Role Description The Senior Human Resource Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. In this position, the recruiter leads end-to-end talent acquisition for multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for specialized and leadership roles. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, design effective selection processes, and maintain a strong candidate experience.

The recruiter manages recruitment pipelines, utilizes various sourcing channels and recruitment technologies, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and local employment regulations. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate recruitment data,



supporting employer branding activities, collaborating with HR on workforce planning, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment for mid to senior-level roles.
- Experience in stakeholder management, partnering with hiring managers, and aligning recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and professional networking tools.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment regulations, and ethical hiring standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct structured interviews and provide clear feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics, generate reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to hiring processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruiting for consulting, analytics, or political/strategic intelligence domains is highly desirable.
