Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of brand identities and visual concepts for a wide range of clients, including logos, print collateral, digital assets, and promotional materials. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves collaborating with account managers and creative strategists, translating client briefs into compelling design solutions, and maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing layouts, managing multiple projects, providing art direction and feedback to junior designers, and preparing files for print and digital production.

Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in graphic design tools and workflows, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Demonstrated experience in brand identity design, including logos, visual systems, typography, color palettes, and layout design for print and digital media.
- Ability to develop concept-driven visual communication, translate strategic briefs into creative solutions, and produce marketing collaterals such as posters, brochures, and social media creatives.
- Solid understanding of print production processes, file preparation, resolution and color requirements, and collaboration with printers and vendors.
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with practical business and marketing objectives.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to collaborative creative workflows.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and several years of professional agency or in-house design experience in branding and marketing.
