Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading the visual direction of Kanpeki Care’s brand across packaging, marketing collateral, digital channels, and in-store materials. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves creating and refining design concepts, developing brand assets, and ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics for campaigns, social media, and website, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and preparing production-ready files for print and digital use.

The role also includes mentoring junior designers, managing multiple projects and deadlines,



and continuously elevating the brand’s visual identity to reflect its Japanese heritage and modern positioning.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual work.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including development of cohesive brand systems and visual identities.
- Advanced skills in Typography, with the ability to create clear, aesthetically pleasing text layouts.
- Expert-level knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Experience in packaging design and visual storytelling for skincare, beauty, or consumer products is highly beneficial.
- Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts and campaigns.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and feedback skills, with experience guiding or mentoring other designers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
