Job Overview

We are looking for a physically fit, disciplined, alert and trustworthy individual to provide office security support and personal assistance to the company management.

The person should have a robust physical presence, good judgment and the ability to remain calm and handle difficult or conflict situations professionally without unnecessary aggression.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the office entrance and prevent unauthorized persons from entering.
- Maintain awareness of visitors and suspicious activities around the office premises.
- Politely but firmly handle unwanted or unauthorized visitors.
- Accompany the company owner/management when personal security support is required.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and peaceful environment for employees and visitors.
- Help de-escalate arguments or confrontational situations without initiating physical conflict.
- Immediately inform management and, where appropriate,



contact police/emergency services if a serious security situation develops.
- Assist management with reasonable outdoor/office-related personal tasks when required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company and management matters.
- Report and document any unusual incident occurring around the office.
- Physically fit with a strong personality and good physical presence.:
- Disciplined, punctual and mentally alert.
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure.
- No unnecessary aggressive behaviour or tendency to initiate fights.
- Should not consume alcohol or intoxicants during duty.
- Valid Aadhaar/ID and permanent address proof required.
- Police verification/background verification will be required.
- Two reliable references preferred.

Duty

Office security + personal assistance/protection as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
