We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to support our Finance Managers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation of monthly financial reports, manage accounts payable and receivable, and provide essential administrative support. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.





Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Generate cost analysis reports for all departments, providing insights for budget management.
Support brand accountants with monthly closing and ad hoc data analysis
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Work independently and share the analysis with minimum supervision
Adhere to all relevant company policies and financial regulations.
Support the team with MIS and financial reports during budget cycles
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven proficiency in MS Excel (essential).
Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
