Role Description The Agency Business Partner is a full-time, in office role based in Cuddalore, responsible for developing and managing agency relationships to drive business growth for ICICI Bank. This position includes identifying and onboarding agency partners, training and supporting them on bank products and processes,



and monitoring their performance against business targets. The role involves regular field visits, joint customer meetings, and coordination with internal branches and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Agency Business Partner will analyze local market opportunities, track sales metrics, and implement initiatives to improve productivity and customer acquisition. The role also requires adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards, accurate documentation, and timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.
