We are looking for a highly strategic, analytical, and data-driven SEO Analyst with at least 2+ years of proven experience to own and scale our organic search performance.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our SEO execution, focusing entirely on deep level strategy and implementation. You will work closely with our internal teams moving beyond basic keyword research to manage technical site architecture, diagnose complex algorithm shifts, and translate organic traffic into measurable business revenue. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Advanced SEO
- End-to-End Execution: Formulate and independently execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO architectures.
- Algorithm Adaptation: Monitor industry trends and search engine updates, proactively adjusting our internal strategies to mitigate traffic loss and capitalize on algorithm shifts.
- Internal Collaboration:



Partner closely with our internal content and creative teams to map semantic content hubs, optimize existing assets, and identify gaps in the conversion funnel.

Technical & Analytics
- Technical Audits: Conduct regular technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog to fix crawl errors, render budgets, JavaScript SEO issues, and optimize internal linking alongside our development team.
- Core Web Vitals: Work directly with our internal web developers to improve site speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall Core Web Vitals performance.
- Data & Attribution: Own analytics tracking via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console. Build automated cross-channel reports and dashboards using Looker Studio for internal management reviews.

Leadership & Team Focus
- Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and review the daily work of junior SEO executives and internal writers to ensure strict adherence to SEO
