We’re looking for a Sustainability and Climate Risk Specialist to:
lead the integration and continuous enhancement of climate and nature risk into existing credit, market and liquidity risk frameworks partnering with stakeholders across 1LOD, 2LOD, and 3LOD, and strengthening end-to-end embedding across the risk lifecycle
critically review and challenge the methodological soundness of sustainability, climate and nature risk approaches used in internal risk management processes,
external disclosures and internal reporting
design, oversee, and continuously improve a robust and scalable control framework, ensuring robust governance, documentation, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance, including effective issue management and remediation
monitor regulatory developments and industry standards and assess their applicability to UBS's business model
drive simplification, standardization, and scalability of SCR processes and frameworks across the organization
scale the use of data, advanced analytics, and AI to automate processes, reporting, controls, and insight generation"
