Oversee end-to-end tour operations ensuring smooth execution of itineraries and services.
- Manage daily operations including bookings, confirmations, departures, and on-tour coordination.
- Lead and supervise the tour operations team, ensuring productivity and service quality.
- Coordinate with Sales, Ticketing, Visa, and Accounts teams for seamless tour delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, transporters, guides, and other vendors.
- Negotiate rates and monitor vendor performance to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Handle operational escalations, guest concerns, and emergency situations effectively.
- Monitor operational costs and ensure profitability of tour packages.
- Implement SOPs and improve operational processes for efficiency.
- Track performance metrics, analyze feedback, and submit operational reports to management.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
