Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all clients
- Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions
- Maintain and update customer records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist in managing feedback and improving customer satisfaction




- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients

Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Basic problem-solving ability
- Positive attitude and ability to handle customers professionally
- Basic MS Office knowledge (CRM is a plus)
- Any internship or experience in customer handling is a bonus
