- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Maintain waiting lists and coordinate with service staff.
- Answer guest inquiries and assist with basic restaurant information.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns when required.
- Support the restaurant team in delivering excellent customer service.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
