Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain and promote the company's software products and services.
- Handle property-related calling, enquiries and customer follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into potential sales.
- Coordinate with the sales/team members for further customer requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements:
- Age: 18-28 years.
- Education:
12th Pass / Graduate.
- Languages: Hindi and Marathi required; basic English is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
