About the role

We are looking for a Growth Manager to build and scale our D2C business on promom.in.

Worth being upfront: our own website is small today. Most of our revenue comes from marketplaces. This role is about building the D2C engine, not maintaining one, which means the first few months are messy and the ownership is real. You will work directly with the founding team.

Most of your week sits on promom.in. But you should be able to read what is happening on Amazon and Flipkart too, because the customer sees one brand and the two channels pull on each other constantly.

What you will own

Paid acquisition on Meta and Google, with a budget you own and defend




Creative strategy and testing, briefing our in-house content and 3D team and iterating fast
Conversion across landing pages, product pages, cart and checkout
Retention through email, WhatsApp and lifecycle flows, plus cross-sell across our range
Offers, bundles and launch campaigns for current products
Creator and collaboration activity that feeds performance, not just reach
Reporting on CAC, contribution margin, repeat rate and LTV, with a view that includes marketplace so we are not optimising in a vacuum

What we are looking for

4 to 5 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a D2C brand
Hands-on ownership of a monthly Meta and Google budget, not just oversight of an agency
Comfortable in Shopify, ad managers and analytics tools, and able to ship changes yourself using apps and no-code rather than waiting on a developer
Solid grip on unit economics: CAC, AOV, contribution margin, RTO, LTV
