Senior Executive HR Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor to business units driving HR strategies and processes to enhance employee engagement talent management and organizational effectiveness.
Location: Coimbatore or Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HR contact for employee’s managers and leaders within assigned business units
Advise on workplace engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment
Lead specialized talent programs in collaboration with stakeholders to support business goals
Drive key HR processes including performance appraisals career planning and rewards management
Initiate and oversee employee engagement initiatives to promote retention and satisfaction
Provide guidance on performance management issues conflict resolution and employee relations
Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements in performance and retention
Cultivate internal and external mentorship and coaching networks to support talent development
Demonstrate assertiveness and credibility in decision making while maintaining high integrity
Collaborate with cross functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives
Act as a single point of contact for all HR related activities within the business unit
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs
Execute and monitor specialized talent programs with stakeholder buy in and service line collaboration
Support delivery of HR processes such as performance appraisals increments promotions and salary actions
