Role Overview
We are hiring a Lead Product Manager who will be the senior-most product hire at Marzi.
This is a hands-on product leadership role. The person will report directly to the founder and will be accountable for building product experiences that drive Marzi’s business outcomes across app, web, events, community, lifecycle, and new 0-1 product verticals.
This is not a role for someone who only manages roadmaps,



writes PRDs, coordinates with engineering, or ships features. We are looking for a product builder who can independently identify business problems, deeply understand users, define product solutions, work closely with design and engineering, and drive measurable impact.

The role will be approximately 80% hands-on product building and 20% team leadership The person will manage:
1 UI/UX Designer
1 Associate Product Manager

Functional Skills Required
1. 0-1 Product Building
You should have prior experience building new product experiences from scratch. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, undefined user behavior, imperfect data, evolving business priorities, and fast learning cycles. You should be able to move from:
Problem → user insight → product hypothesis → MVP → launch → measurement → iteration.

2. Consumer Product Experience
You should have solid experience building consumer-
