Primary Job Responsibilities

Branding & Workplace Experience

Lead PBM branding, refurbishment, and workplace enhancement initiatives.
Drive workplace improvements that strengthen employee experience and company culture.

Workplace Operations & Readiness

Conduct workplace audits and readiness checks across PBM spaces.
Manage seating, space planning, meeting rooms, common areas, and workplace standards.
Identify, track, escalate, and close facilities and operational issues.

Facilities & Employee Feedback

Coordinate facilities concerns across lighting, lifts, access, infrastructure, and meeting rooms.
Track tickets, recurring issues, resolutions, and employee feedback.
Partner with Morningstar Facilities and stakeholders to drive
