About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Technical Sales Support Engineer to expand ENCY CAM Software across Gujarat and Rajasthan. The candidate will drive new customer acquisition, product demonstrations, technical discussions, proposals, negotiations, and complete sales-cycle management within the manufacturing and engineering industry.

Who Can Apply?

CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM Software
Cutting Tools
Machine Tools / CNC Machines
Robotics & Industrial Automation
Engineering / Manufacturing Solutions
Experience with factory owners, production/manufacturing heads, CNC programmers, tool-room managers, purchase and engineering teams will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert current business opportunities through best practices like calling, factory visits, exhibitions, networking, LinkedIn, referrals,



and channel partners.
Promote ENCY CAM Software, post-processors, training, and related services.
Understand customer machining requirements and recommend appropriate CAM solutions.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, software demonstrations, evaluations, and trials.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Maintain sales pipeline, customer records, forecasts, and activity reports.
Coordinate with application/technical teams during customer evaluations.
Build long-term customer and channel-partner relationships.
Monitor competitor activities and CAD/CAM market trends.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualification & Skills
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant B2B/industrial sales experience.
