Duties & Responsibilities

Perform grinding of thermally sprayed insulation bearings as per drawings and customer specifications.
Operate grinding machines and conduct machine setup, wheel dressing and balancing.
Verify coating thickness and dimensions before and after grinding.
Implement and follow all HSE and Quality instructions in operations
Maintain hygiene, 6 S and house-keeping in production area
Assist shift leader in daily production activities
Handling and Cleaning of substrates
Fixturing and de-fixturing
Support application development for new components
Update and Maintain documents and records for production, HSE and Quality.

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge

ITI/Diploma Mechanical. 2-5 years grinding experience.
Knowledge of drawings, GD&T;, measuring instruments, thermal spray finishing processes, HSE and quality systems.
Basic understanding of HSE and Quality systems
Good communication skills
High laerning agility
High Drive for results
Good team player with ability to maintain peer relations
