With engineering operations in Salt Lake City, Kolkata, and a sales presence in the San Francisco Bay Area, Semifront is part of the FABCI at IIT Hyderabad initiative by MEITY, Government of India.

This internship is for final-year engineering students (about to graduate) who want to bridge technical expertise with business functions. The focus is on engineering-driven sales and marketing with supporting exposure to HR/Admin tasks.

Role Overview
- 80% focus: Sales, Marketing & Technical Outreach
- 20% focus: HR/Admin support

This is a desk-based role requiring structured execution with contributions to content, research, automation, and discussions that shape business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing (~80%)
- Use AI-driven tools & metrics to run campaigns, track leads, and optimize outreach
- Research markets, competitors,



and prospects in chip design & AI
- Create/adapt technical content, case studies, and documentation for customers and partners
- Support sales discussions, prepare presentations, and assist in product positioning
- Translate technical concepts into impactful customer messaging
- Explore light scripting/automation for data handling, reporting, or outreach

HR & Administrative (~20%)
- Assist with recruitment tasks (job postings, coordination, scheduling)
- Support onboarding, compliance, and employee records
- Maintain HR trackers, prepare reports, and contribute to internal communication
- Handle occasional administrative coordination
