Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for building a world-class recruitment function for Reward360. You will lead end-to-end talent

acquisition strategy, manage the recruitment pipeline, and ensure we attract top tier talent aligned with our company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans
Lead recruitment for critical roles; manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Build and maintain relationships with external recruiters, agencies, and talent networks
Improve time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics through process optimization and best practices
Create compelling employer brand narrative and represent Reward360 at industry events and campuses
Design and implement sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral programs,

and passive talent outreach

Conduct interviews and provide hiring recommendations; ensure diverse candidate pipelines
Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System)



and recruitment analytics; report on key metrics to

leadership

Lead onboarding coordination with HR to ensure smooth candidate transition
Stay current with talent acquisition trends, tools, and best practices in fintech/banking

Required Qualifications

8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior recruiting role
Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Strong experience with ATS platforms (Workday, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar)
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across departments
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics
Familiarity with finance/fintech/banking industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent qualified experience)
