About the Role
Blynk Virtual Technologies is seeking a General Manager to serve as the highest level of executive management below the Board. This role is the direct interface between the Directors and the entire operational organisation. The GM will own day-to-day management, drive innovation, frame and enforce company policy, and represent Blynk before clients, statutory authorities, and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall business operations across all shifts and functions, ensuring service delivery targets and quality standards are consistently met
Act as the principal point of contact between the Board of Directors and operational teams; translate Board direction into executable plans
Design, review, and implement company policies, SOPs, and internal controls across HR, operations, and administration
Drive innovation in service delivery,



process design, and technology adoption to improve efficiency and margins
Manage relationships with [clients/partners], vendors, and other external stakeholders
Represent the Company before government departments, regulators, and statutory authorities; ensure timely filings, licences, registrations, and renewals
Ensure full compliance with applicable labour, corporate, and industry regulations, including the MP Shops and Establishments Act, the Code on Wages 2019, and other applicable statutes
Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a workforce of 50+ across functions, including managers and team leads
Own budgeting, cost control, MIS reporting, and performance dashboards for the Board
Handle escalations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution at the final internal level
Drive workforce planning, capability building, and succession within the management layer
