Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Partner to join and drive the growth of our Corporate Law, M&A; and Private Equity Practice.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in advising on M&A;, private equity, venture capital, corporate restructuring and commercial transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, negotiations and execution.
The Partner will also be responsible for building and expanding the Firm’s corporate clientele, developing new relationships, generating business opportunities and strengthening the Firm’s presence in the corporate and transactional market. The role will also involve building and mentoring a strong team and contributing to the strategic growth of the Practice.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Lead and manage a team of 4-6 practitioners and be responsible for end-to-end execution of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other business combinations.
