Area Sales Manager

Job Overview

HyreSpot is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth within an assigned territory. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our partner network, generating new business opportunities, and achieving revenue goals through effective territory management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to strengthen the business network.
- Expand market coverage by exploring recent business opportunities and untapped territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Generate revenue through direct business development as well as partner-led sales initiatives.
- Support channel partners with product training, sales guidance, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and business growth.
- Conduct business presentations, partner meetings, training sessions,



and periodic performance reviews.
- Track sales activities, lead conversions, revenue performance, and partner engagement.
- Analyze sales trends and implement improvement plans to maximize business results.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, customer interactions, and business development activities using CRM tools.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market updates for leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent HyreSpot professionally during client meetings, partner interactions, networking events, and business discussions.
