IT Desktop Support Engineer (L2)

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Lucknow

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Configure and support LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Administer Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory, GPOs, and file/print servers.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD (Entra ID).
- Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune/MDM.
- Monitor antivirus, endpoint security, and basic cybersecurity incidents.
- Perform backup, restore, and disaster recovery support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, warranties, and vendor coordination.
- Support Wi-Fi, biometric devices, CCTV, conference room equipment, and audio/video systems.
- Document incidents, update support logs, and follow escalation procedures.
