We’re looking for an experienced Telecaller to generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calling and book meetings for our sales team.

What you’ll do:
Make outbound calls using provided cold and warm lead lists
Screen inbound enquiries and AI-identified hot leads
Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need and timeline
Book meetings and send confirmations and reminders
Follow up consistently without being pushy
Maintain accurate call notes and lead updates in the CRM




Meet daily and weekly calling targets

What we’re looking for:
5+ years in telecalling, inside sales or appointment setting
Fluency in Tamil and English
Hindi, Telugu or Malayalam is an advantage
Strong listening, communication and objection-handling skills
Comfortable with high call volumes and follow-ups
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools and calendar scheduling
Able to commute reliably to Thiruvanmiyur
