At Wonderliv Designs, we deliver high-quality interior design and execution projects. We are looking for a skilled and proactive Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site operations, ensure quality execution, and deliver projects as per design drawings.

Role Overview
- Position: Interior Site Supervisor
- Experience Required: 2+ Years (Interior / Architectural Execution)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: On-Site

Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution: Supervise daily in office work to ensure execution strictly aligns with approved 2D/3D working drawings and layout plans.
- Workforce & Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage site contractors and skilled labor (carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, false ceiling technicians).
- Quality & Measurements: Inspect structural and finish quality of materials and work; verify physical measurements submitted by contractors and vendors.
- Material Management: Track site inventory, coordinate timely material delivery, and eliminate material wastage.




- Daily Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site logs, and clear site photo documentation for internal review.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve immediate technical or practical challenges on-site without compromising project deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience supervising residential or commercial interior sites.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to accurately read and interpret 2D floor layouts, furniture detail drawings, and service plans.
- Communication: Strong site management, labor handling, and vendor coordination skills.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
- Logistics: Personal two-wheeler for commuting between project sites is preferred.
- Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with basic mobile apps (WhatsApp, MS Excel/Google Sheets, PDF scanners
