About Shay
Shay (theshay.in) is a design-led mass-premium kitchenware brand. We started with ceramics and are expanding across all kitchenware sub-categories. We sell across Amazon India, quick commerce, HORECA, and our website. We are now in an aggressive multi-channel expansion phase — going live on Flipkart, Instamart, First Club, and Amazon Global simultaneously.
We are looking for someone who can own the entire ecommerce growth function — every channel, every rupee of revenue, every commercial decision. This is not a management role. This is a builder role.

THE ROLE
You own Shay's entire online revenue. Every channel we are on, every channel we enter, every rupee of ad spend, every commercial decision that impacts growth. You build the team beneath you, set the strategy, and execute it.You report directly to the founder. You have full commercial autonomy within agreed budgets and targets. If you need to be told what to do next — this role is not for you.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Amazon India
Full P&L; ownership — revenue, ad spend, returns, fees, contribution margin




Ads strategy and execution — TACOS target below 10%, ACOS below 18%
Account health, listing quality, pricing discipline, catalogue hygiene
Weekly performance reporting — every metric, every Monday

Inventory Planning
Own inventory planning across all channels — Amazon, quick commerce, HORECA, website
DRR-based reorder triggers — bestsellers never go out of stock under your watch
Maintain 30-45 days of cover on top ASINs at all times
Work with MIS team on daily stock visibility and 90-day demand forecasting
Coordinate reorder triggers with supply chain — flag requirements before stockouts happen, not after
Identify dead and slow-moving stock — drive liquidation to free working capital

Multi-Channel Expansion
Own all active channel conversations — Flipkart, Pepperfry, Instamart, First Club, Amazon Global
Drive onboarding from first conversation to first revenue — catalogue, compliance, commercial terms
