What you can look forward to as Sales Lead - Aftermarkets - Quick commerce :
Driver revenue growth and marketplace liquidity
Build a structured sales pipeline and CRM discipline from Day 1; build relationships with workshops, retailers and distributors- negotiate and close with key accounts, including framework and annual procurement agreements;
Build repeat procurement behavior among customers. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new categories and geographies
Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to set accurate customer expectations on SLAs and delivery commitments
Gather and relay structured market feedback to the product and category teams. Hire, train, and manage a field and inside sales team as the business scales

Profile description:

Your Profile as Sales Lead - Aftermarkets - Quick commerce :
8+ years B2B sales experience in automotive aftermarket/ industrial sales/ B2B distribution/ spare parts procurement/ MRO sales with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role




Existing relationships in automotive aftermarket ecosystems preferred. Strong working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho or similar)
Solid field-sales and negotiation capabilities. Deep understanding of workshop and fleet procurement workflows
Experience in auto electricals, filters, consumables, mechanical components strongly preferred
Languages fluency: English and Hindi required; regional languages (Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu) a strong plus
