Position: Controlling and Accounting in Account and Finance

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com).
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹3.00 LPA - ₹3.50 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Manage tender-related documentation and accounting activities.
- Prepare segment-wise financial reports and MIS.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Support budgeting,



cost controlling, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting.

Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in Tender Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS OƯice.
- Knowledge of Tally, ERP, or other accounting software is preferred.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
