Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand each client's budget, preferences, purpose of purchase, and investment goals.
- Recommend suitable projects and properties based on customer requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, offers,



and investment potential.
- Build long-term relationships through consistent and professional follow-ups.
- Convert enquiries into successful bookings while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with developer sales teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Stay updated with new project launches, inventory availability, pricing revisions, offers, construction progress, and market trends.
- Provide clients with genuine, timely, and data-backed insights on the real estate market, project performance, appreciation potential, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting, banking, insurance, luxury retail, or other consultative sales roles.
